Return Policy

At Sewing Machine Shop, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable services for our carefully selected Sewing Machines and accessories. Below is an overview of our Return policies.

Return Authorization

To request a return authorization from Sewing Machine Shop, please email us at contact@SewingMachineShop.store with your request. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that any items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your online order, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the order.

Claims for Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 2 days of receipt according to the delivery records.

Return Instructions

Returned items must include:

• A copy of your original invoice.
• The RA number received from us.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sewing machines
• Parts and accessories
• Special orders
• Cut items
• Thread
• Dress forms
• Gift cards
• Software
• Furniture
• Irons or steamers

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for prepaid return shipping costs. If the error was on our part, including shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full credit.

Shortages and Defects

Any shortages or defects in shipments must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

Condition of Returned Merchandise

Returned merchandise must be In its original packaging

Restocking Fees

• A 20% restocking fee applies to any used or opened items.
• Exchanges will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping cost of the original order.
• New orders will receive free shipping if applicable.

Bonus and Free Items

If any items came with bonuses or free items and these are not returned, the full retail value of the missing items will be deducted from your credit.

Price Guarantee

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 10 days of your purchase, we will issue a gift card for the difference. Exceptions include sales during Black Friday, Trade Shows, Boxing Day, and Final Clearance.

Price Match: We offer price matching for items in stock at authorized dealerships. We do not price match direct sales from manufacturers or large retailers like Costco, Amazon, or Walmart. Price matches cannot be applied after the sale of an item.

Sewing Machine Shop reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
